This new mentality of sectorial action led the president of the Bihl Group to organize the sector, creating the Sindicato Employers dos Frigoríficos with the objective of strengthening relationships of interest to the business environment, with the three levels of governments, and to contribute to market policy in that period. . One of the main decisions was to change the tax taxation of slaughterhouses in the state, which resulted in a huge increase in revenue and greater stability for companies in this sector. Still in the wake of the evolution, he founded the second Tannery of Mato Grosso, foreseeing the growth of the herd of cattle that today is about 29 million heads with the status of the largest breeder in the country. José Almiro Bihl understands that the state that is currently the largest exporter of meat in the world will certainly be the largest exporter of leather.
The Bihl Group, with the experience acquired, has extensive projects for the expansion of its business units and the construction of new PCHs. New investments will allow the evolution of slaughterhouses and tanneries, operating with greater strength in several regions of Mato Grosso, thus making a portfolio of investments and businesses that can leverage capabilities, skills and connections, and generate exceptional results, maintaining the philosophy of generating employment and income, contributing to the development of the state.
It is also the goal of Grupo Bihl’s board, led by its two sons Paulo and Márcio Bihl, to continue investing in and supporting social projects of philanthropic and non-philanthropic institutions, through donations of goods, services and resources.
